We are a community where everyone is valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential in a happy and safe environment built on Christian values. We are proud of our continuing gradient of academic success and committed to offering a rich school experience. There are currently 205 pupils at the school.

Outside there are three play areas; a small self contained area with slide and benches for Reception children, the 'Owl' playground landscaped on several levels with benches and shrubs and the 'top' playground a large multi purpose area. In addition we have an extensive playing field .

As part of the refurbishment of the original Highwood Site, pairs of classrooms were set up sharing a practical area. All the classrooms are fully carpeted and each practical area is fully equipped for Design Technology and Art activities. Each classroom now has three permanent computers, and we have a wireless computer system with a number of laptops available for use by the children. Most classrooms also have a new "chill out" relaxing area.
